On the First Sunday of Advent, November 27, 2011, the Third Edition of the Roman Missal was implemented in churches throughout the United States. While there were no noticeable differences in the way the Mass is celebrated, there were differences in the words of the priest-celebrant and the peoples responses. 

This moment of grace in the life of the Church is also be a time when Catholics can deepen their understanding of the Sacred Liturgy and extend its importance in their lives.
