retreat offers guided meditations inspired by some chosen scriptural passages communicated in picture, word, and music.
Each day consists of an Introduction to the day, a guided visual prayer experience to help you settle down into the quiet and grace of the retreat, a prayer, a short audio meditation, an illustrated reflection that allows you to savor the words of the reflection, a message from Jesus to you and a Word to keep you through the day.
You choose what you feel inspired to pray. It is our hope and prayer that this contemplative experience will help you to enhance your life—to add more serenity and calm, hope and joy—to return to your day-to-day living with a lighter heart, to then go out and spread the fragrance of grace everywhere.
