OnLine Service and Secure Transactions

The Daughters of St. Paul, Pauline Books & Media, and Pauline OnLine are committed to protecting any information we obtain in the fulfillment of your order. This includes, but is not limited to, all private information and credit card information. Such information will be used solely for the processing of your order and may be used by the Daughters of St. Paul, Pauline Books & Media, and Pauline OnLine to notify you of new products and specials.

Pauline Books & Media offers a full-featured shopping and ordering system for your convenience and security. The ShopSite shopping cart system by iCentral allows you to browse through Pauline OnLine, placing the products you wish to order in a virtual shopping cart by choosing for each product. Even when you are ready to finalize your order, you can add to or subtract from it, or change the quantity for any product selected. Once you've completed your order, click "Finalize Order" and enter your shipping and payment information. For more information on how to use the ShopSite system, refer to our help page.

Your personal information is protected by data encryption and secure-server technology. All transmissions of any information you provide for us is transmitted over the Internet with an added layer of encryption. This insures that your transaction is not subject to being viewed by a third party. Our processing staff also retrieves all orders from the server using secure web sessions. In this way, we provide all of the visitors to our web site the confidence to communicate securely via an encrypted session.

The Order Form will automatically deduct 10% from your order. All payments must be made in US funds. All orders to continental U.S. addresses are shipped via UPS Ground or Next Day Air. The order form allows the customer to choose a shipping method. International orders are shipped "surface rate" unless otherwise specified in the comment box.
