Now she’s heading west\, having been appointed Superior of our community in Los Angeles. While we’ll miss her joyful presence here in Old Town Alexandria\, we know she’ll be a blessing to her new community. \nStepping into the role of Superior here at home is another familiar and much-loved face from the Book Center: Sister Joan Paula. We’re delighted to welcome her in this new leadership role! \nAnd we are thrilled to introduce Sr. Phoebe\, a native of Alexandria\, who has just made her first profession and has been assigned to our community! What a joy to welcome one of our own back home as a newly professed sister. \nLike our father\, Saint Paul the Apostle\, our mission keeps us on the move — preaching\, publishing\, and planting seeds of faith wherever we’re sent. \nSo mark your calendar!
