Get to Know Sr. Bernadette Reis, FSP

Sr. Bernadette M. Reis, FSP is originally from Southern California. She obtained a BA in English and Spanish literature from Emmanuel College (Boston) and is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Sacred Scripture program with Oblate School of Theology (San Antonio). Her experience ranges from publishing to marketing, to intellectual property and book store management in the U.S. and Rome. She spent 6 years in the Vatican Dicastery for Communication as a journalist, English-language assistant to the Director of the Press Office, managing multi-media editor and radio and television commentator for papal events. She is currently providing translation services, and recording church documents for the Daughters of St. Paul, and provides consulting and educational services in communication to the International Union of Superiors General and Talitha Kum.
