Eucharist: Our Antidote to Digital Restlessness – Weekend Retreat

Description: In an era dominated by endless digital notifications and the constant pull of our screens, our attention is fragmented, our souls restless, and our ability to engage deeply with God and others is diminished. This “always on” condition leads us to become mere consumers rather than discerning disciples of Christ. The Church offers a profound remedy in the Eucharist, the source and summit of our faith, where Christ invites us into intimate union with him. This retreat will explore how Jesus in the Eucharist forms us to live as disciples and shapes our daily choices, both online and offline, so that our lives may point others to Christ.
