In a private revelation, Jesus asked Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque to spread the practice of honoring his Sacred Heart by going to Mass and receiving Communion on nine consecutive First Fridays of the month. This series of nine monthly Thursday evening holy hours (which began in March 2024) helps you prepare for this First Friday practice and awaken your heart to God through devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Guided holy hours are taken from the book Come to Me: Living the Nine First Fridays by Sister Anne Flanagan, FSP.
