We invite you into our media experiences, so that we may discern how and when we engage with media for information and entertainment.
Come, Holy Spirit, enlighten us as we embark on this media fast. Reveal the digital content that most disrupts our peace and connection with you. Grant us the grace to hold ourselves accountable, using prayer to guide our choices and actions.
We trust that through this fast, we will become more intentional in our media use and more mindful of inviting you into our daily choices. We ask all this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
