Prayer to Saint Gabriel the Archangel, Patron of the Electronic and Digital Media

Father in heaven, we thank you for having chosen Saint Gabriel from among the angels to bring the message of the Incarnation and the redemption of humanity. Mary accepted the tidings with faith, and your Son became incarnate. By dying on the cross and rising from the dead, he redeemed all people.

But the majority of people still have not received the message of salvation.

Saint Gabriel, patron of films, radio, television, and all social and digital media, implore Jesus Master that the Church may use these powerful means to preach the divine truth to be believed, the way to be followed.

May these gifts of God unite all peoples and help them cooperate with God’s plan of salvation.

May they never be used to harm anyone or undermine God’s loving design.

May everyone receive and accept the message of Jesus Christ.

Saint Gabriel, pray for us and for the apostolate of film, radio, television, and all social media. Amen.
