Sr. Amanda was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Arizona and Wisconsin. Once an aspiring teacher and writer, her life veered in a different direction after God called her to religious life while she was doing her homework in a library in England. Since then, she thanks God every day for the chance to put her love for words at the service of the living Word, his Son Jesus Christ. Sr. Amanda is currently stationed in St. Louis, where she writes and serves in vocational ministry.
